I wish to entry the 2005 Bog Snorkelling Ireland Championships. I understand I must register on the day and my time of registration will determine my racing order. I enclose my entry fee of €15 (cheques made payable to Camp Community Council).

I agree to abide by the conditions of entry and accept that the organisers, whilst making every effort to ensure that the event is safe, enjoyable and memorable, are not liable for any accidents, thefts and/or damage to myself or my property
